FOL: Gary Bye

Join the Friends of the Library the evening of Wed., Sept. 7th at 7:00 pm for a program with local author Gary Bye in the PHS cafetorium. He recently completed a 2 volume history of the Pomeroy Pirate Football Program. The first volume, From The First Whistle, is a collection of stories and pictures from each season, including information about coaches and players from 1912 to the present. The second volume, To The Final Gun, gives statistics on individual players, seasons, coaches and awards over the same period of time. Gary will share information about his research, answer questions about the process of writing his book, and will have copies for sale.
